Contact Us

In response to the guidelines for COVID-19, we are currently offering telehealth services via video-conferencing platforms to patients located in California. Studies have shown therapy via videoconference to be as effective as in person therapy. We are happy to walk our clients through all the necessary steps to get set up (don’t worry, it’s a piece of cake!)

We do not accept walk-ins. You must contact our Clinic Coordinator at 858-354-4077 or [email protected] before visiting us on site.

While we will do our best to return your call or message within two business days, we do not return messages on weekends or holidays.

WHAT CSAM DOES NOT TREAT: Please note that while anxiety disorders can co-occur with other concerns, at CSAM we specifically focus on treatment of anxiety disorders. We do not treat clients with suicidal ideation, self-harm (e.g. cutting, burning, scratching, or similar), substance abuse disorders, or bipolar disorder. For symptoms and conditions such as these, involving significant emotion dysregulation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a superior treatment option. For recommendations for providers in the area who specialize in these issues and in DBT, please see our referrals page (Resources): https://www.csamsandiego.com/usefulresources
